Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note for International Clients: Delivery times may vary based on customs processing. Additional duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in crafting garments that meet the exacting standards of the modern gentleman. Should any item fail to meet your expectations, our refined returns process ensures a resolution as polished as our tailoring.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Show no signs of alteration or customization
  • Include original packaging and documentation
  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve quality and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Tuxedos
  • Linen Suits from our Luxury Brands collection (unless defective)
  • All bespoke or made-to-measure items (final sale)

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our Customer Service at [email protected] with your order number and return request details within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items using the original packaging. Include a copy of your invoice and mark the RMA number clearly on the outside.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our atelier at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Exchanges

For exchanges of size or color (subject to availability), please follow the returns process above and specify your desired alternative in your initial email. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times: 3-5 business days for credit cards, 5-7 days for PayPal
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

International Returns

For clients outside the United States:

  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Return shipping costs may be higher – we recommend using your local postal service
